A team plan is priced by bots, not by people: invite as many teammates as you like. A workspace that already has more bots than its plan holds keeps every one of them, and adds another once it moves to a larger plan.
Every plan includes model use on harner-v1 up to a monthly allowance: $10 a person on Personal, $30 shared on Family, and $30, $55 or $100 a workspace on Team Lite, Team and Team Pro. When it is used up, model work pauses until the plan renews, and an admin can add more. There is no separate usage bill.

Your own key
Bring the key of a model provider you already pay: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, OpenRouter or xAI. Its tokens are billed by that provider, not by Harner.

Questions
How am I billed?
On a plan, you pay its monthly price at checkout and nothing more: model use is included up to the plan's allowance. Without a plan, each workspace gets one invoice per month, issued after the month ends. It lists compute and harner-v1 separately, with any discount beside each line. A month under $0.50 carries over to the next one.
Do I pay for each teammate?
No. Teammates you invite to a team workspace cost nothing on their own. A team plan is priced by how many bots the workspace keeps.
What happens when my team reaches its plan's bot limit?
Every bot you have keeps working. Adding one more asks you to move to a larger plan first, or to remove a bot. Nothing is ever taken away when a plan changes.
How does the Family plan work?
The person who subscribes invites up to three others. Each of them signs in with their own account and keeps their own separate Personal space: one bill, four private spaces.
What counts as compute?
The CPU and memory a bot holds while it works, measured by the second, and the disk its files live on. When a bot is stopped it holds no CPU or memory, so only its disk is charged.
Why do long prompts cost more?
A prompt past a size limit is priced at a higher rate for the whole request. The harner-v1 card above shows the limit and the rate.
Can I use my own model key?
Yes. Store a key from a provider you already use, and that provider bills its tokens directly. Harner then charges only for compute.
Where do I see what I have spent?
On the Billing page of your account: this month so far, line by line, and every invoice with its status.
How do I pay?
By card, on the payment provider's own checkout page, so Harner never sees its number. No card is needed while the preview is free.
